Joining the fun

Hi everyone.

I'm Mamma, and I'm a start-a-holic.

Isn't admitting you have a problem the first step to recovery.

I'm not here to judge but after reading some of the other lists I feel better about my own.

Here's my list (not in order).

1. Evil-a sweater for my husband. My oldest WIP. I started it last year. Knit a foot of ribbing and abandoned it from boredom. I tried to resume work in it in March, but my gauge has changed and the entire thing needs frogged and re-started.

2. River Rapid Socks-I actually had these socks all done, just needed seamed, but they were too stiff to be comfortable. I've frogged them and need to try again with larger needles.

3. The Spirit of the Southwest-All I've got left is the border

4. Mon Petit Chou-Finished knitting this ages ago, just needs blocked and ribbons sewn on.

5. Interweave Knits Eyelet Chemise-Again, all knit, just needs blocked. Although I have my doubt about the crochet edging. I might have to rip and rework the edging.

6. Lucky Clover Lace Wrap-I did a gauge swatch for my yarn sub, then lost my notes. So sad.

7. Somewhat Cowl-Top Down Raglan, haven't even gotten to the sleeves yet.

8. Knock off Karabella Sweater-Just needs sleeves and a collar. I've already blocked some of the pieces for seaming. I'm ahead of the game on this one.

If I had to guess a finishing order I'd say Mon Petit Chou, Karabella Knock off, Spirit of the Southwest Shawl, Eyelet Chemise, Lucky Clover Lace Wrap, and Somewhat Cowl. Evil will never be finished, hence the name.

Can't wait to see everyone's finished objects.

Regarding Evil, could you change your needle size to match your old gauge? It would avoid both frogging and reknitting and having a perpetual Evil Project in your UFO list.
